Another day, another fabulous offer, this time from Harrods. From today, and for the whole weekend, if you're a rewards member (free to join and instantly available online) you can get 10% off luxury brands over at the Harrods.com website. Your discount will be applied in your shopping bag.

This offer is also available in store on Saturday and Sunday, if you're close by!

I do love premium/luxury brand offers, as I have quite the penchant for owning beautiful things, and it's very rare that they get discounted - unless you're looking on eBay and then there's questions over authenticity to contend with too. So this offer suits me down to the ground, especially as I've been considering treating myself to a nice, new designer bag (and of course, some new make-up).

Another Harrods 10% Off Weekend For Harrods Rewards Members (Free To Join)!

Just a quick heads up that this weekend (from today until Sunday online, and from tomorrow until Sunday in store) Harrods are offering their Rewards members 10% off many things (excluding certain products and departments - although I believe beauty is included, full details can be found via the link below).

If I had unlimited funds (or at least a great deal more than I have currently) then I have to say, I probably would spend that on my hair, if it was worth it, and by that I mean that I'd give it a go and if I found it to be worth the extra then I would have no problem in paying it on a more regular basis!

Obviously I'm not anywhere close to being a millionaire, so I'll have to make-do with my usual haunts, which aren't all that bad if I am honest; but would you be able to justify spending that much on a blow dry whether you were wealthy, or not?

Harrods Facebook 'Makeover' Competition!

The beauty team at Harrods have created eight fabulous 'key' autumn/winter looks for 2011, using eight of 'the most adored cosmetics collections' including some of my favourite brands such as Chanel, Tom Ford and Burberry.

They're celebrating this by giving away a makeover for one lucky person, and up to five of their friends! To enter you need to visit their Facebook page and 'Like' it. This will give you access to the competition where you can then browse the looks and choose your favourite look (for you and your friends) to enter the competition!

If you win, you will get an in-store makeover for you and your friends... and go home with ALL the products featured in your chosen look!

I’ve personally not had any experience of using StriVectin but I have heard very good things about the brand in general from both the press and in general beauty chit chat with friends and acquaintances; so when I got this information sent to me I thought I should pass the information straight onto you guys as this seems like a very good way to introduce yourself to the brand if you’re not already familiar.
